We’ve partnered with a couple of charities who make a massive difference to so many people and have a special place in our own hearts.

We’ve made it super easy to help contribute to these causes if you want to with just a tick of a box when you sign up to any of our challenges.

Heart UK is a charity we are incredibly proud to work with. A foundation who work tirelessly to help ensure people across the UK live long, active and happy lives. More information about our relationship with this fantastic charity is below.

Mountain Rescue is an organisation made up of volunteers who are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. More information about how this charity benefits all types of adventurers is below.

Heart UK

We are partnering with HEART UK – The Cholesterol Charity to help raise awareness of the dangers of high cholesterol and to raise funds too.

Heart disease can strike at any time and to anyone. It is easy to think that it will never happen to me or someone I know…and then it does.

This is a charity we are incredibly proud to work with and for very personal reasons. Our co-founder Ben’s father was killed by heart disease only 12 hours after a successful week’s climbing in the French Alps. This was a devastating and life-changing moment which we wanted to honour by raising money for a fantastic charity.

HEART UK is the only charity in the UK dedicated to saving lives by helping people avoid heart attacks and strokes caused by high cholesterol.

At SnowStormer we love everything about being in the mountains; the views, the challenges, the dangers, as well as the food and drink afterwards.

When exploring in the UK, knowing there is a team of incredibly brave and selfless volunteers ready to come to our rescue, and the rescue of anyone else, is amazing and something we never want to take for granted.

The dedicated team members who are on call, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, recover climbers and walkers from dangerous situations and rely on voluntary donations. They do a truly epic job at keeping all adventurers safe! Find out more about Mountain Rescue here.
